The purposes of the AGM will be to:
- Present audited financial statements of the Trust
- Receive the Annual and Strategic Plans of the Trust;
- Discuss and vote on any resolutions received in accordance with clause 15.3 of the Trust Deed. Any proposed resolutions must be received in writing by the Trust Secretary at the Trust Office, P.O. Box 188, Chatham Islands 8942, no later than 5pm on Monday 21 October 2018.
